Registered exhibitors, Audio Visual equipment, internet access, phone lines and power wil be available at reduced rates for 2011. Please check back in February for a link to an online order form.

Move-in, loading times and show hours are as follows:

Saturday, March 12: 9am-6pm
Sunday, March 13: 10am-4pm

Thursday, March 10
Trailers can be parked in your exhibition space between 9-5pm. This is by appointment only. Please contact us if you plan on parking a vehicle inside the facility for the weekend.

Friday, March 11
9am-noon: Trailer and large vehicle move-in by appointment.
Noon-8pm: Vendor loading

Saturday, March 12
6:30am-8:45am: Vendor loading
6pm-7pm: Vendor restock

Sunday, March 13
9am-9:45am: Facility is open to vendors
4pm-7pm-Vendor load-out
